Our Film Fighting program is affiliated with Adrenaline Action Design, preparing aspiring actors and stunt performers with the skills they need for fighting on screen. The class time for the program varies according to the module and the progress status of the enrollee. Please contact us to find out the best time available for you to train.
The Blade Club class is designed to give our advanced level students an opportunity to focus more on their blade defense skills. The class is a hybrid program that includes skills derived from our Krav Maga and Kali programs as well as from other sources. Training does not involve the use of live blades, which are prohibited on the training floor. Instructor approval is required for entry into this program.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Kickboxing is a fun class that alternates practicing fighting combinations on the heavy bags with physical exercises using resistance bands or light weights. It is a great way to practicing your kickboxing combinations while improving your conditioning. The class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon.
