Class Schedule Listed By Program:
Our Adult and Late Teen Krav Maga Fundamentals Class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, and also on Saturdays at 9:45 am. This is the entry level program required of all new members, including experienced martial artists transitioning from other styles. This class provides the foundation needed for the Advanced Krav Maga classes.
Youth and Early Teen Krav Maga Fundamentals
Our Youth and Early Teen Krav Maga Fundamentals Class is geared towards younger teens (13-14) and our tween students (11 & 12) who have outgrown the Kids Krav Maga classes. The Youth and Early Teen class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays at 9:45 am (with the older group). Students in this group can be approved for the older 7:00 pm class under certain conditions.
Our Children’s Martial Arts Program provides a mixture of martial arts training styles along with child development and safety training. The classes are available Monday through Friday, sorted by the age groups listed under the American Karate and Kids Krav Maga categories. Our children’s classes also include Kickboxing and Kali skills training.
Kids Krav Maga
Our Kids Krav Maga Class is divided roughly by age groups, though we sometimes vary the class assignment based on the child. Children ages 4 through 7 will generally start in our 4:00 pm Kids Krav Maga class. Children ages 8 though 11 will generally start in our Junior Krav Maga class at 4:45 pm. Children around age 12 can move to our 5:30 pm Teen Krav Maga class. The Kids Krav Maga classes focus on the development of reflexes, self defense skills, and safety awareness.
Advanced Krav Maga
Graduation from the Krav Maga Fundamentals program enables students to attend the Advanced Krav Maga classes. The Advanced Krav Maga classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 am, and Saturdays at 11:00 am.
American Karate & PKA Kickboxing
Our American Karate and PKA-style Sports Kickboxing classes are divided up according to the same age groups as our Krav Maga classes for kids, teens, and adults. Our students ages 4 through 7 can attend class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:00 pm, ages 8 through 11 generally go to the 4:45 pm class, and anyone above that age (including adults) will go to the 5:30 pm class.
The Filipino art of Kali, also known as Escrima or Arnis, is a great supplement to your Krav Maga training or as a stand-along program at our school. We are affiliated with the iKali system founded by Tuhon Apolo Ladra. The Kali class is currently available at 11:30 am on Wednesdays and Fridays, with more times being added soon.
Women’s Self Defense
Our Women’s Self Defense class is a special program created for our female Krav Maga students. It allows women to train in an all-female environment where they can focus on safety issues of particular concern to women. The new class time will be posted soon.
Our Film Fighting program is affiliated with Adrenaline Action Design, preparing aspiring actors and stunt performers with the skills they need for fighting on screen. The class time for the program varies according to the module and the progress status of the enrollee. Please contact us to find out the best time available for you to train.
The Blade Club class is designed to give our advanced level students an opportunity to focus more on their blade defense skills. The class is a hybrid program that includes skills derived from our Krav Maga and Kali programs as well as from other knife fighting sources. Training does not involve the use of live blades, which are prohibited on the training floor. Instructor approval is required for entry into this program. The Blade Club currently meets at 9:00 am on Thursdays and Saturdays.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Kickboxing is a fun class that alternates practicing fighting combinations on the heavy bags with physical exercises using resistance bands or light weights. It is a great way to practicing your kickboxing combinations while improving your conditioning. The class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 am.
